28. What's the big deal? Kim Basinger wasn't brought back for the first sequel. Michelle Pfeiffer wasn't brought back for the second sequel. Nicole Kidman wasn't there for the third sequel. And Alicia Silverston wasn't brought back after that.

It just seems that as with the 'Bond' girls, there's a new one everytime.

I think all this sounds like another way to jump on Kate Holmes for being with Tom Cruise. Frankly, neither one impresses me much at all.

Well, I heard from a friend of a friend who is a friend of one of Tom's stylists & they said that Tom is very gay, and Tom's people are trying to do a major PR move, a few other "Hollywood" chicks wouldn't take the bait - then along came Katie, I too have always thought it was way too odd that none of Tom's other women ever got preggers

30. Katie has made a mistake by being totally consumed by a crush. Tom Speaks out on the media of his childhood and how he protects his mother and sisters. But then he pounds Katie with his religion and beliefs to the point that giving birth which is to be a beautiful experience has become stress. She has the right as the the mother of this child to give birth in a manner that is best for her, not some nightmare situation. Plus she is not married to Tom yet, so she can legally take things into her own hands and he would have to deal with it. As long as she does not marry him she is free to make her own choices. DON'T MARRY HIM KATIE, HE IS WEAK AND FEELS THE NEED TO CONTROL WOMEN. DON'T BECOME MUSH...

32. yea, Tom and Katie's relationship is weird - no question - but the media and press have blown it way out of proportion to make it look a lot worse than it is - thats beside the point - Katie Holmes is not going to be in the next Batman because she was the weakest part in the film - not because "Tom said so" - not long after the first film came out, the producers said they were going to get a "much stronger actress" for the next film - the franchise will be much better for it

I for one cannot see giveing up everything I had worked for just for the sake of being MRS T Cruise I have to agree that it surely looks as if Tom wants to be the only one in the spotlight, and in order to do that he has to destroy Katy's carreer by makeing her choose. I look for a very sad ending to something that could have been beautiful. there are some of out here in the real world that know exactly whats going to play out. Tom is allready showing control mania over her, and thats not good

35. I think that Katie is just trying to be the perfect wife for Tom only because she has had some bad realtioships in the past. But she is losing herself in the process. I think that by taking some time off from a movie she can re think where her life is going so she can choose If she truly wants to by put through what Tom is offering her. And with the baby on the way it'll be 10 times harder to keep up with her carrer. I think she is just confused at this point with Tom's rules too.

38. katie...where to begin. I don't think she needs anyone telling her what to do. She's proved to the world what choice she's made and she's the only one that has to live with it. Let's just hope it's the right one. I don't blame her if she wants to stay away from the spot lot for a while. A baby is a miracle of life that grows up so quickly - if I was as financially able as she is, I'd enjoy it too. But, I hope she does it for her and not because she's being made too. God gave us a brain, let's use it wisely.
